How do I register?

Click on the Sign Up link at the top right of the page.

Please complete all fields marked with * accurately. Click on Submit.

Congratulations! You now have an account and are ready to start shopping!

What if I forgot my password?

It is easy to reset your password. Please go to Oud Elite website, click “Log In” and click “Forgot Password.” Type your email address then click “Submit.” An automatic password reset will be sent to your email address.

How can I place and order at Oud Elite?

If you have already made up your mind and want to purchase one our products, then you can easily purchase it in few clicks.

Go to your product’s page and click on “Add to Cart”, where you will be redirected to your cart and you will have the choice to whether “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to checkout” if you are done shopping.

If you are a new customer, then you should register first with your contact details. Otherwise, click on "Already registered" and sign in first using your email and password.

Choose your desired payment method, confirm the order, and click on checkout. Stay relaxed and we will take care of the rest!

What is return notice period?

I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel an order before I receive the item?

At Oud Elite, the most important for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better! Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within two-business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a very early stage. If this is the case, please send us a request through the Contact Us and we will take care of everything!

However, if your order has been shipped we would not be able to cancel it. At that point your next best option is to return the item if you aren’t satisfied with it.

My credit card details were rejected! What can I do?

If you’ve tried to place an order but payment is not being accepted, you can still choose the Cash on Delivery option. We actually recommend that you check with your bank as well so that your next purchase will be effortless and straightforward.

Cash on Delivery

For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please note that this service is only available for orders with inside the country.
